Shipping

Please find our policies regarding the shipping. When you place the order, please make sure you understand and accept those policies.

IMPORTANT NOTICE:

1) Shipping fee is calculated based on average cost and  NOT all shipping options are available to all countries (destinations) due to the varying cost and other limitations. We MAY  anytime downgrade the shipping option you selected (or paid) for certain orders from certain countries. The overcharged payment will be refund if the actual shipping cost is less than the shipping charge you paid after the shipping completed. It may take 20 days to process the refund (Refund to bank payment, check payment may take 30 days or longer).

2) Express shipping and downloading are not valid to these orders:
a) Orders from certain countries with shipping cost significantly bigger than the average.
b) Non-qualified credit card payment
c) Orders from customers with two or more pending orders not paid.
d) Other un-qualified orders

and we are to ship the package by regular mail or air mail only

3) Tracking of delivery are only available to UPS or other private courier services. Shipping carried by USPS, such as Express Mail, Air Mail and Regular Mail are not traceable. 

4) We can re-send the package once the first shipping confirmed failed. It may take 5-10 days to prepare the next shipping and the 2nd shipping will only happen 5 days after the estimated shipping period of the first shipping. 

Free air mail/Regular mail shipping

We provide air mail (for international) or regular mail shipping without additional charge to any order unless especially specified. We may choose any shipping method in this case and options include but not limited Air Mail, First class, Regular Mail, UPS Ground (for large orders) ...

There is no guarantee or insurance on this kind of shipping. Once the package get lost, we are to ship it again in 20 days from the estimated delivery date at our cost. Please allow 5 days for domestic delivery or 15 days for international shipping. If the second shipping fails again, the buyer has to purchase express shipping or try other options such as downloading. 

Air mail / Regular mail shipping are usually made in 48 hours or 2 business days since the order processed. 

Download

If you chose to download (Download + Regular Mail) the products your ordered, the download link will be sent via Email after we process your order. It make take few hours. 

Download link may not be available for large sized products.

Download link may not be available for unqualified orders.

The download link, however, is not a permanent link and it will expire in 12 hours and several tries (normally 3-4 tries). If you failed to download it, please contact us to re-arrange the link to download.

You need an unzip software to open the download package, such as Winzip, WinRAR. We don't provide those tools and you have to get it from other sources. Usually, the demo or evaluation copy can be downloaded from the vendor's websites.

Express delivery

We usually make Express shipping via UPS (from USA) or DHL (from Asia). If you have want your package delivered by FedEx , DHL or other couriers, please specify when you place the order. Extra charge will apply.

Cost of express shipping varies for different destinations and if the payment you made (calculated based on average fee) is far less than the actual cost, we may drop the option and downgrade your shipping to Air mail or other method. If the shipping is downgraded, difference between the payment and the actual cost will be refunded.

Since UPS don't deliver to mail box, you must specify the physical address of the destination. 

Telephone numbers is also a must when you choose the Express delivery. 

The tracking number can be provided if available from the shipper but UPS domestic shipping inside US will require special operations to obtain the tracking number so it's not provided unless requested by the buyer.

If the buyer has a FedEx / UPS account number and want to make the delivery paid by the receiver, we can take it at the buyer's own risk. We are not responsible for the lost, delay or any other failure in this situation. 

No refund for the Express delivery even it failed.

If an express delivery failed for any reason, we will try to ship it again in regular mail (air mail) at our cost. 

International Delivery

International deliveries may be delayed infinitely by customs! We won't "resend" the package delayed by the customs in you country.

Custom Duty / Tariff 
Usually it's a problem since most countries don't charge import tax on such small stuffs. However, if it happens, the buyer , not the sender, is supposed to pay the tariff (import tax) to their local custom.  

We usually declare value of package lower than the order's total amount since the main value of the package is on the information, not on the CD-ROM discs. It also helps the receiver to get off the custom duty.

Some countries has very strict rules on importing information products and culture products, including CD-ROMs and the package may be hold several days weeks in the custom for inspection. In this case, please try the "download" option. 

EU VAT

European Union recently applied VAT on any imported goods but our system is not ready for this yet. If the buyer met any problem, please let us know so we can know how to solve this problem.
