HOW TO USE DISCOUNT FOR YOUR ORDERS

IMPORTANT NOTICE:

• Discount can be used for all orders placed but not shipped, or any further orders for the same buyer
• Discount rate can be adjusted. Usually we increate the discount when a buyer purchase more products from us. However, if  the evidence submitted for the discount request proved false or inaccurate, we may cancel the discount.

Possible steps to request and apply discounts

1) Request the discount by complete and submit the discount form

Once your discount request is accepted, you will get an email including the the rate of discount you can enjoy. All ordered placed with the same email address will be applied with discount rate automatically.

2) Place the order and apply the discount

Our store is to apply the discount automatically soon. However, you have to follow the instruction here to make your discount rate work.

For orders paid with credit card, the discount is applied manually by our sales team who check and process your order physically after your credit card processed. The discount will be applied as refund to your card and in your credit card bill, you may find two entries, one for the charge of total due before discount, one for the refund of discount, or you just find one entry of the amount after discount.

By using our INTBIT-Store Payment Gateway or Pay Form, you can apply the discount before your card processed:

• Apply the discount before processing your credit card online (INTBIT Store Only)
  
  Place the order, select "Pay by credit card" till the "May Payment Online" page shows. 
  
  Write down the order number as well as the total due, which is also be emailed to you in few minutes.
  
  Adjust the total due by deducting the discount: balance = (total due - shipping fee)  * (1- your discount rate) + (shipping fee)
  
  For example, if your total due on your order invoice is 250, shipping fee is 60, your discount rate is 15%, the actual balance should be 
  
        (250-60) * (1 - 0.15)= 161.50 + 60= 221.50 (You save 28.5USD). 
  
  Go our online payment gateway (http://www.intbit.com/cgi-bin/gateway.cgi) and type the order number and ADJUSTED DUE, and go forward to process your card.
  
  
• Apply the discount using the "Payment Form" (INTBIT.COM store Only)
  
  Place the order, select "Pay by credit card" till the "May Payment Online" page shows. You will also see the "Payment Form" in the same page.
  
  Print this page of "Payment Form"
  
  Adjust the total due (see above)
  
• Complete "Payment Form" with your credit card information, billing address, as well as the couple ID, couple value. Fax us the form to 1-773-5289419. We will process the your card using the adjusted due.

• Apply your discount rate by choosing other payment methods (INTBIT.COM store Only)
  
  Go the INTBIT-Store and place the order, select "Pay by check" or "Pay by bank wire".
  
  Wait for the order notice and Adjust the total due (see above)
  
  Make the payment of the ADJUSTED DUE.

You can always send us emails to remind us the discount you are enjoying. Usually, we will refund the discount in one week.
