This service is for registered user of Infot Business Directory products only. 

You need purchase the database on CD-ROM first from our online store or agents, if you want Infot help you contact certain businesses listed in Infot business directories,  

Please register your products first using the register form, if you already purchased the database and have problem when reaching companies listed in the database, 

If you have already registered, please fill the following form to submit your request. 

How Contact Assistant Service works?

You submit the request using the following form to Infot so we know which company you are to reach. Our support team will review the respective record in our database, verify them and correct them if needed. When the information corrected, we will send back the correct information to you. If you provide us the message you want to send, we will try to forward your message to the target business.

You can submit no more than 100 requests in 30 days.
