Common questions and problems

There is no database file on the disc
It's true when you order a CD-ROM version of a DVD format, or downloaded a package online.  The database files are compressed and you need install them before you can see them.

My computer can not read the disc
If you order a DVD product but you have only a CD-ROM drive, it won't read the disc at all. Our discs are carefully tested before being shipped out so please try it patiently. If you have a CD-ROM drive only or you have a DVD reader not compatible with out DVD discs, contact us for a replacement on CD-ROM.

I ordered the raw data but where are them?
They are in MS Access format (MDB file) and they might be "ZIPPED". They are located on the same disc of the standard product. Insert the disc to the reader, go "My Computer" and high-light your reader, select "Open" instead of "Auto-Play" and you can see the files listed on the disc.

How can I open the CNYP.TBB file?
Any TBB file (Infot Standard Distribution Format) are in private format and you won't be able to find a program to read it other than Infot Directory Manager. You need install the Manager first and them you can open the TBB files in the Directory Manager. Always run the install program first (if any) which will install the Manager software as well as open the TBB files in the Manager.
